Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Downloads, Courses) All digital files are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing Ambie Method materials is strictly prohibited. Please ensure your email and device information are correct before purchase. Services & Coaching Sessions Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-Shows: Missed or late sessions without notice will be marked as completed. Refunds: Coaching and session packages are non-refundable once started. Expiration: Multi-session bundles must be used within 60 days of the first session date. Memberships & Subscriptions Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. You may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Because membership content is instantly accessible, payments are non-refundable after renewal. Cancellations & Refund Requests Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and only if the service or product has not yet been accessed or scheduled.
